Default Please help!!!

i have a 94 cherokee and the leaf springs are bad, the right one is extremely bad. im trying to replace them but i cant break the bolt in the front loose. i havent tried heat yet and a lot of people suggest cutting the eye of the leaf off and going at it that way. but what if i do that and then STILL cant remove it? its my DD until i get the vw back on the road so i cant afford to have a jeep that i cant drive. any help would be greatly appreciated, im sure im not the first with this problem...lol

Heat would help, but be careful. Doing a lift on my buddies Jeep,.we broke the welded threads off the unibody on that front bolt, and had to cut the floor up to get at it.

try PB blast to help. Impact gun. Big breaker bar. But again, those last two can break that weld.
