Looks like just the shell of the sensor is stuck in the hole? You sure nothing fell inside? An ez-out might work. Possibly a thin punch to push it into the middle where you can gran it with pliers.
Worst case is you'll need to pull the manifold off to make sure you remove any chips or other debris. You can try an easy out (as Lawsoncl suggests) but I think the walls are too thin and the easyout would simply bind even tighter. Remember, the sensor is a tapered thread so it's really jammed in there.
You said it's a new sensor. Did you snap it by overtightening? Just trying to understand if it broke on the way in or out.
Yes cuz it Stalled on me a week and a half ago and I could get it started after getting a new starter put on even the starter was bad I had that tested later on.
Besides that, after getting it fired up I went straight to AutoZone to run the codes it came up with that IAT sensor was the only reason why.
So I installed it there in the parking lot and it ran great for 3 days and then randomly it died or not died.. stalled. And then it wouldn't fire back up the next..
After a few minutes it fired up magically and I went straight to AutoZone again to have him run the code and it came up with the same code So I thought maybe possibly it needed to be tight time more so I had the AutoZone guy came out and he's like yeah it looks like it could be tightened down, so we did and then I went straight home and parked it. A day and a half later I went to go drive it and after driving maybe 25 minutes it stalled again in a heavy traffic area so I grabbed my crescent wrench from the truck and I still had some more tightening it could take cuz I was afraid of snapping it off as well. So when I got home I said The hell with it I'll just throw a wrench on there and tighten it down so I got about 6 to 8 1/2 turns and then that's when it snapped

Reason: Spelling.
Hit it with an easy out. Soak it with penetrating oil first. Dissimilar metals dont usualy seize together. Your stalling problem is like a crank sensor or an auto shutdown relay issue. Both are easy fixes. A bad IAT sensor will make it run lean or rich but typically will not cause a stall.
