7 inch pipe wrench and a 4 foot pipe sized.
Worked for me.
When you get a puller from A-zone or wherever, be sure to get the rectangular one and not the 2-hinged-arm one.
I used a hinged arm version and couldn't get it off. I had to dissassemble the whole front end, only to find out from a buddy that they have a more stout version that doesn't bind under extreme pressures.
Good-luck, and go heavy on the PB Buster multiple times about a week or two out.

nope, that's not true.
you need to have the track bar and your drag link on the same angle/parallel. otherwise you will experience bump steer.
my jeep had a zj pitman arm in it when i bought it with the 5.5 inch RE lift.
but since i went up to 8 inches, i used a huge drop pitman arm.
you may not even need one.
