piston
My 92 xy has a 1in chunk taken out what would be the easyest way to take the piston out my oil pan is off and out and if it helps its cylinder 1

Pull the head, pull the piston out the top like normal. What is it exactly are you trying to accomplish here? If the piston is broke the cylinder is going to be scored or worse, cracked. Time to swing in a new motor, or rebuild yours.
