Hi so to be more specific a kid sat on my rear driver side door window and seems to have pushed it down on the track. The motor works and rolls it up to a certain point (not all the way up) however when it rolls down it goes deep into the door (about the same distance the gap is from the top of the door when rolled up). When I compared it to its opposite door on the passenger side, the window stops immediately when it rolls down past the bottom of the window hole (sorry, don’t know a better word to describe this). This makes me feel like it was pushed down the track and still works. Is that possible. Can I adjust it on the track so it goes all the way up again? Thanks

Odd, never seen that before. You can try removing the window itself, then operate the controls and see if it stops in the right spots (run it full up and down). However I think something broke in side the "elevator".

You will need to pull the door interior panel off the door to examine the drive mechanism. I believe this window uses a toothed cable drive. The cable may have slipped some teeth over the motor gear drive, that will cause window travel to be too low. Also the mount for the cable drive may have been bent or torn loose downward which also can cause the window to be too low.
You need to open it up and observe what is going on. You may be able to bend back what was bent, or adjust to get the cable back to the right location. It all depends on what bent, or skipped in the mechanism.
Let us know what you find out. pictures can help.
good luck
