Performance question
Just a question on how this setup will work or if anyone as the same time or close to it. i listen to a wide range of music except for country will these suit my tastes?

Whether or not it will satisfy your tastes is really up to you. I listen to mainly country, but listen to lots of other music, so to me a speaker and a CD player is all i need! Of course, that's all i HAVE in my xj...

Itll sound like any other cd player/speaker combo that isnt blown or cheap as hell...
I have the older/cheaper version of that head unit, its not too bad.
I also have pioneer speakers that are about the same as those, trebel is good, but bass is a little lacking and theyre starting to rattle.

alls i can say is crutfield is great i recently had a problem with my faceplate only and they sent me a whole new reciever..there customer service is great and they have great deals
