Default Pcv valve rebuild

I have a 89 4.0 and was told by my local parts store that they can't get a new pcv. Have any of you ran across this and how did you solve the issue.

Note from DJ
If you are looking for the individual line at the back of the valve covet try NAPA part number 7151367

the elbow in the front has the large hole while the one at the rear has the small hole. the one in the front is usually the hard one to get. Just buy an extra rear one and drill a 3/8th hole in it. Check self-help section at O'Reilly auto parts.
