Which way should my pcv be facing? I don't know for some reason someone put something different in it. I have a 98 4.0 Cherokee

Here's a pic of your 4.0 CCV system. The fitting by the firewall is a "Fixed Orifice" fitting, commonly called a PCV fitting.

Where is a place that sells the hard line going from the PCV to the intake? I found the end of the internet searching for one. Mine broke in the middle. Also is their a suitable substitute for the line people use instead of it being that hard brittle plastic?

I found it on amazon. This is the part number for it 4854265. Search for that number and you should find it.

I know the feeling. Mine was broken when replacing the pcv and it took almost a week to find the part.
