Does anybody know if multiple wires in the PCM harness have a common ground outside of the PCM? The signal wire from the PCM to the coil is good but the ground circuit has continuity to multiple pins in the black connector with it unplugged from the PCM and the battery disconnected

 

What year? And what issues has it been having?

 

Its a 1996 XJ, crank- no start. No power to ig ition coil connector. Tested the CPS and CKP, both are good. Shutdown circuit, relay and fuse are good. Figured its gotta be the harness or computer.
