Default Passenger side tie rod end?

So I guess the passenger side tie rod is built into the whole drag link? I'm replacing my tie rod ends in my hunt for a death wobble cure would yall say id be ok just replacing the other 3 and leaving this? Seems pretty rediculous that you have to buy the whole assembly.

if the others are bad, assume this one is too. May be more money, but its worth it.

while im at it what are signs of a bad tie rod end? these do not feel loose but the rubber covers look horrible and the ball joints do not rotate smoothly, very jerky. i just assumed they were bad cause they look way old.
