Default Passenger Side Disc Brakes Locked?

Well, this happened about 2 months ago. Seemed to pull to the right pretty hard, but went away the next day and has been fine since. Even took a 1k mile round trip, no issues. Well, this morning the same thing started happening. Hard pull to right. I can feel alot of resistance. Pulled over, brake was SMOKING! Was able to limp home stopping every now and then to pour water over it.

Anyway, seems like a caliper? I am aware of the knuckle wear issue, but I am not sure this is it. I keep them greased and they dont have that big of groove.

I had a caliper do that when one of the slide pins rusted out. It prevented the caliper from opening up.
