Default Passenger side coil spring shifting?

I have been having some noises coming from the front passenger side when turning left sharply in parking lots. Yesterday i noticed my spring keeper was loose and my coil looks like it rotated a bit and no longer wants to sit flush on the isolator. Anyone had this happen?
Any way to remedy this without putting up on jack stands and dropping the front end down? Maybe like driving the front driver up on a rock to flex her out and rotate the spring? I just dont have my stands or jack here in CO yet and its a pain to set everything with folks to use them.

Sure, articulate it on something, situate the coil and tighten the retainer.
