Hi. It turns out my 1996 Cherokee XJ needs a new radiator. I'm told that my radiator could be one of two different versions. Could anyone tell me how to identify the part number of the one I need? Can I identify the part I need from the VIN number? Thanks for any help.

Where are you shopping?
I Checked the Autozone site for '96, they only show two- one for LH drive, another for RH drive.
RadiatorBarn has a couple options, but any will work- just different quality levels.

Thanks for the info. My Jeep is a Canadian XJ imported into the UK and most of the parts here are for RHD vehicles. On top of that the suppliers I have approached have their own parts numbering system - which makes it difficult to match one of their parts to the original Jeep part no. Thanks for the info. It helps.
