Default part number for bypass pulley

im looking for the part number for the ac bypass pulley for a 94 cherokee with a 4.0 all ive seem to found is the one for the 95 and up

Unobtanium from what I've heard. Look on eBay or your local JY. I wanted one for my ('89) Franken4.0 and can't get one.

Default ac bypass

autozone didnt have one for my 88 so i got one for a 93 part #34171. not sure if it will work yet does any one know if it will before i rip mine apart here is the autozone page http://www.autozone.com/autozone/par...mString=search

The Renix era AC bypass pulleys are nearly impossible to find except for the junkyard. Then you still have to worry about how long the bearings will last.

Later models, 91 and up have a different bolt pattern for the AC compressor. The bypass pulley can be found on several websites simply by using Google. I typed in "Jeep AC bypass pulley" and came up with a laundry list of available sites including rockauto.com.

Check this thread, it shows the difference in the 2 mounting brackets for the AC comp.

ok after looking around i can find them for up to 93 and 95 after nothing for 94 looks like they missed a year but i think the 93 year one would work my compressor has the 4 bolts going up and down
