That is part of the stop light switch. Do you have brake lights?

Yeah, brake lights are working fine. Switch is under the dash I'd assume?

Yeah, right next to the brake pedal. The switch would had to of fallen out and come apart for that piece to by laying on the floor. Probably from an old switch that was replaced.
