Alright, so i would just ask this on my build thread only, but my build doesn't get many hits so.. here i am ha. Anyway, i have a white 92 cherokee, and previously i wanted to paint it OD Green but just decided against that, and I'm gonna keep it white instead, and might touch up the white a little bit. But yeah so i wondering you guy's opinion on whether or not i should spray some of the underbody or differential a sky blue color, and if it would look cool or not. Also do you think it would look bad if i sprayed the drums and claws on the brakes that color? And finally what kind of paint should i get?
Here's my jeep..

Oh yeah, do you think it would look good if i sprayed the interior of the wheel wells flat black to match?

The best person to answer that would be you. If it looks good to you, do it. Who cares what everyone else thinks? Seriously, if you can't decide what would look good to you on your jeep, leave it as it is.
In the past I made mods on my XJ that everyone hated, that got the point & laugh treatment - and I kept them anyway because I liked them. My money, my Jeep, my preference.

yeah, your right, its just that I'm wondering what it would look like, because even though right now i want to do it, if i do it and then i don't like the way it looks, i'm stuck. haha

You kinda jumped all around in your original post...
Your question is if we think you should paint the diff and inner fenderwells sky blue? Try it.. if you dont like it respray it black. Just do it and see like SW said.

Personally, I think the best underbody color on a vehicle is GLOSS black. If you still like the blue, use it to accent things. Paint your diffs, coils, leafs, etc. I wouldn't do the entire underbody though because that will be hard to touch up and you'll have to scrape something at sometime.
I'm going to have my XJ painted gloss black at a shop and I'm doing black tail lights, limo tints, black rims, silver diff covers, red coils, gloss black underbody, gloss black drums, and gloss red calipers. It's gonna look great!

yeah i'm not going to paint the entire underbody blue, just accents like you said, and really i would of thought flat black would stay looking better longer. What's gloss look like?

Could always throw a coat of flaming hot pink under it. Alternatively black works for undercarriage. I run year round here and the winters kick hell out of the underside. I power wash and respray rust paint black, gloss or flat doesn't matter too me as it useually ends up muddy. It's easy to redress thru the summer for the times you want to look good and you don't have to worry about overspray when all under is same color.
