Default Paint code 2001 XJ

Does anyone know where the paint code is on a 2001? I know where the paint code is on my '92 XJ, but I can't find it in those locations on the 2001. Don't think it's on the driver door, it's not in the glove box, not stamped in the the driver side firewall location. Where else to look?

If that fails, does anyone have a "brown" 01 who knows the paint code? It actually looks dark, dark red to me.
Thanks

Click the link below and enter your VIN. It will spit back your build sheet that will tell you how your vehicle was set up when it left the factory, including color.

Make sure you put your VIN in the "VIN" box and not the search box above it. The build sheet is provided in PDF format, so you should save a copy of it to your hard drive for future reference.

Yessss!!
This was something I was gonna do down the road like I've done with all my previous XJs. You just saved me some steps. Thanks!

Cool, thanks. Found the paint on Automotive Touchups. I really like these guys, have used them for 2 other vehicles. Excellent paint match.
