Been getting a P1294 code, failure to reach idle. First step was carb/sensor cleaner a few times. Code would stay on for a while then go off for a while (a few days - weeks at a time). Finally I gave up and got a new sensor. Two days later and the code is back.

Any ideas?

 

Any vacuum leaks? Sometimes cleaning the IAC works, sometimes it doesn't and you just have to replace it.

 

Yeah, I am going to have to check for leaks. Cleaning the IAC never worked, and neither has replacing it so far.
