i searched and found alot of diffrent variations. my xj kinda jumps in and out of overdrive code is p0700 happened after battery turned itself over after a ****ty oil change place didnt tigten it down. where should i start??

Check the usual suspects. Starting with what you found that was wrong. Have batter tested. Check grounds. Have code reset ( any decent auto part store or local shop should do if for you if you don't have code scanner ) see if it returns. Don't throw money at things that could be simple fix.
