Book says "ignition coil #1 primary circuit"....."peak primary circuit current not achieved with maximum dwell time".

Steering stabilizers are factory installed, no?

so that means that it is taking too long for peak primary circuit current to be reached?

and yes they are

I haven't got a clue what that means......way over my head, LOL, I'm just reading what it says in the XJ book.

you have got to be kidding me... ok new question,my coil has good ground, BUT my Jeep is eating coils alive... what is causing that?
