So I ran a compression test and #5 came up with 50psi. So I did a leak down test on #5 and air was coming out of the throttle body. So I think I have a valve sticking. Or at least some nasty carbon build up. I ran some seafoam through the engine this morning but it still idles rough. No cel yet since the smoke cleared, but I haven't really had a good chance to test drive it. Correct plugs according to the sticker under the hood.
Thoughts? Ideas? If I do need to pull the head what else should I be replacing maintainence wise?

As far as #5 cylinder is concerned, I would try some Mopar Combustion Chamber Cleaner (from the dealer) instead of/in addition to, the Seafoam. Mopar Combustion Chamber Cleaner works real well if you go by the instructions on the can.
If you say you don't have coolant in your oil, don't use coolant, and [if]you didn't see coolant in your rocker area when you had the valve cover off, I don't think you have a cracked head issue.

if i recall it cracks between #3 & #4 itl have the cast number on it somewhere i forget if its passenger or drivers side about half way back. but you said number 5 is the problem. im not sure if it could crack there. if it is the 0331 head replace it asap so you don't have a problem in the future.

As far as P0302 and P0305 go the coil rail fires cylinders in pairs, 2 and 5 are pairs.

Why are you making fun of me asking about the oil pressure? The operator stated they recently got their Jeep. Who is to say that the PO did not change the oil or flush it for that matter and then turn around and sell it to a unwary buyer. The problem with troubleshooting from afar is I do not know the whole story. I have not heard it run. The 0331 head is notorious for cracks, which I am sure you are aware of, which can cause problems with coolant and or oil. I am just trying to see if the oil pressure is low to see if there may be an issue with a fried cam bearing/bearings.

Generally, when one asks a question, not relating directly to the OP's original problem, an explanation of why you are asking the question would help.
Got you! Sorry for the misunderstanding.
