Hey Kenny.Last post in this thread was a year ago, you might consider starting a new one. (post 15 here shows where someones 02 sensor relay is) Allot can be learned at a relay socket.

I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0l. I have several O2 sensor related codes (P0031, etc.) and replaced all four O2 sensors for NTK new sensors. Every time I turn on the engine, my O2 sensor fuse in the engine fuse box is blown.
All sensors are new! Any clues?
