Default overheating and swaybar

Okay first off, besides the obvious safety issues what disadvantages are there to disconnecting the swaybar? Now that the lift is on every speedbump and pothole I hit it throws the truck around. I'm guessing that the swaybar doesn't allow the lift to flex as much as its capable of? Am I right?

Also, When I drove it in FL it would overheat, pretty bad. I figured it was the 100 degree heat, 70 mph down the highway doing it. Now that I have it on the island I was hoping it wouldn't do that since I'll never get to 50mph here. When I took it out for the first time yesterday I got about half way around the island and it started boiling over. What's the first thing I should start checking.. I don't know much about engines but I'm trying to learn and get my hands dirty. I've searched about this topic and so many different things come up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My friend pulled his off with no ill effects and he pulls a trailer around with his,as far as the overheating you need to just look at everything and see what is the problem,is your radiator or condenser plugged with debris,is your tstat working,is your mechanical fan working right,is the electric fan coming on. Is your water pump working like it should?

I never use my a/c, windows are always down. It's always gorgeous here, nice and windy.
