Default overheating issues

I just rebuilt my motor and replaced t-stat, water pump, belts. The cherokee is only overheating when going up hill. Well I'm new to the cherokee and still have a learning curve to conquer. What could be causing the problem?

The coolant level was fine. Now the overheating starts when I'm going up hill and kind of into the gas.. I'm thinking that my bottom radiator hose is collapsing.

New radiator and fan clutch? Never have quiet understood how a hose could collapse in a pressurized system.
