i have a 90 xj and replaced the rad, waterpump and thermostat and in the heat of the day it still jumps to like 225 or 235. if i remove the inner fender wells will this dissipate the heat any? any other suggestions.....
Is your electric fan coming on? Did you buy a standard single core radiator or did you get a three core? What temp does it run on the highway compared to city driving?

Hey, what kind of coolant do you run. I recently had an over heating problem and found that I was running to much coolant. So what did was flushed the system and added one gallon of 50/50 and the rest water. I also didn't just do a half a$$ flush the system. I bought a prestone back flush kit. Also, when I burped it a jacked up the front end up to guarantee the air to come out. It takes about 30 to 40 min to burp it 100% correctly, keep doing it tell no more bubbles come out.
