No, if you go to Daul fan you have to REMOVE the mech fan.

the fan clutch engages fully when ambient temp around it is 270 deg. Engine water temp + incoming > 270 clutch engaged

Your mechanical fan will clear fine with the 2 row and 3 row. And, as stated, if you go with the all electric, the fan clutch is moot. The all electric fan setup is a bit pricey, but I would see if the fan clutch fixes the problem, for less than $20. If that isn't the problem, then the all electric setup will not help anything.

Also, when you get over 35 mph, the pull of the fans are canceled out, due to the amount of air being pushed through the radiator by your speed.
