I have a 1996 cherokee I was driving it down the interstate, and it started overheating. It does fine in town as long as your not sitting long. Coolant level is good replaced thermostat yesterday, no change. Fans are working properly. thanks in advance

How hot was it getting? I'm thinking water pump. But could be other things, colaosing hoses, plugged up radiator, mech fan clutch.
