Default Overheating

Hey guys...I own a 1995 Jeep Cherokee sport I6 290 miles so far..
I been having trouble trying to figure out my overheating problem
So Far I replaced the water pump, thermostat,Radiator cap,top Radiator hose.I flushed the Radiator and Filled up the Radiator with 50/50 coolant and filled the reservoir tank to the max point with 50/50...
Tried it out today and still overheating...Driving seems to cool it down..but every time i am at a stop light or constantly stopping it starts to overheat little by little and hits the red zone..It Also Started Bubbling in the reservoir tank..Need to Figure this Out!!
Thanks Jon
