Default Overheating 4.0 4x4

All right, folks I’m sick and tired of this problem, this has a relatively new engine in it two years old, last Christmas it started overheating and I found out I had a leaking water pump. I replaced the water pump, but it’s still overheats. People have tested the head and said it seems fine. But what’s funny? Is that when it overheats, it is not boiling. Brand new radiator brand new radiator cap brand new water pump brand new hoses. Obviously a brand new thermostat. This is the 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 L 4 x 4. It’s either the head or it. It’s the radiator cap in my opinion.. more likely something simple in the head. Who has had this problem like none of us have lol. But when this Jeep is right, no matter what circumstances it’s been under it runs at a smooth 210° no higher in the air air condition blows cold the whole time. It’s got to be the head or something happened to the engine block. I do not know.

what is the best way to handle this problem? I’m thinking about buying a rebuilt head plug-in play. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is it actually overheating as measured with a IR temp gun? Bad temp sensor or the wiring got damaged when doing the pump and thermostat?

More information would be helpful.

Maybe it is the fan clutch?

It is hard to determine without more details. Does it overheat at idle? How does the coolant look? Was a flush and burp done after the water pump replacement?

How did they test the head and come to it seems fine?

If it's not boiling over then how is it overheating? Just runs hotter than 210?

If it's as simple as a radiator cap then swap it out and give us the details on problem solved or problem continues
