Overheated, Should I be worried?

1996XJSPORT---- Im sure your engine is fine. I overheated mine when the water pump blew up, throwing the belt off, and causing the old stock radiator to spring a leak. That was 8 months ago or so, on an almost 200k motor. your best thing is just to keep an eye on it and look for the head gasket to go if anything. these motors can take a beating!!!

Wow... half of these posts are like children picking on one another. Seriously. Mistakes are mistakes. You learn from them. No need to bash anyone's certifications or anything.
My advice:
Watch the engine. Keep any eye out for milky oil, coolant loss, etc. that signal a bad HG
Don't let anyone touch your engine lol
Repair that temp gauge or at least pick one up from Autozone.. just anything to give you a reading.
Give a quick go over for your cooling system and make sure nothing else is leaking.

3 certificates and u think u'll have to drain all your oil before u install the pressure sending unit????????? Only if u change the pressure sending unit while the motor's running. Oh by the way, don't change the temp sending unit with the motor running either.

All the oil will be in pan when the engine is off. You can change sensor with out loosing an oil.
