Overhead display question.
I have a 1994 Jeep grand cherokee and I have been using my "distance till empty" readout on the overhead console ever since my dash gauge quit working.
Now the DTE reads OC and will not go back to how many miles I have left. What does OC mean and how do I get my numbers back. Thanks.

The Distance to Empty uses the gas gauge level to calculate how many miles you have left. Without a working gas gauge, it cannot give you an estimate because the computer doesn't know how much gas you have.
I didn't set up my temperature sensor for a while, and it stated the temperature as OC until I hooked it up.

Thats strange that you say that cause my gas gage has been broken for about 8,000 miles and the DTE still worked until today.
