If I remember correctly, there's a support member right at the front of the roof - make sure the harness is behind it.

Are you sure it's the whole headliner that's sagging, and not just the fabric? In other words, it's the fiberglass that's getting pushed down? Another thing you might check is that enough of the side is under the top trim, and it's not getting "squished" between the top passenger's side trim and the OHC.

There's a channel in the roof line for the harness. It's about an inch away from the windshield. I used duct tape to hold my console wiring in place while i installed the liner. The previous owner put in an aftermatket sunroof. You can imagine how much fun that was. Half the headliner was cut out to fit around the sunroof assembly.
