Over Cooling?

the only reason you would want to run a cooler t-stat is if your in a warmer climat for the extra protection against overheating, like me i run a 180 cause i live in Arizona(keeps me at about 190-195) and im always getting stuck in traffic during the hottest part of the day, with the 195 when ever i was stuck i traffic it would go up to 210-215 and thats with fresh coolant and no air bubbles
