My front ds output bearing is going out it’s making a Clicking at low speeds is it safe to drive on it until I get a rebuild?

 

Whats your definition of "until"???

- afew days & afew hundred miles? Most likely, but I'm not the one there to hear the noise & the symptoms.
- afew years & a hundred thousand miles later? Probably not...

Sooner is better to fix things & to do preventative maintenance. It usually saves you time & money when you plan ahead & fix things when they first start making noise.

With the attached image, I'm sure there was some sort of noise, long before the car was taken in for service.
