nnoo... just looked them up... there a good lookin tire though... hes wantin more street worthly... these kinda have the shape of the AT's but with smaller gaps in between tread
I got my wife some Bridgestone Dueler ATs for her 05 Tahoe in 265/70R17 for a steal at 113 a tire-online they list at 188 apiece but the Baton Rouge Sam's is discontinuing them thus the cheap price. These tires ride great on highway and they worked great during the monsoon we just had-excellent wet weather performance-better then anything I've had under a tahoe so far.
I was going to go to Sam's and see if they had something similar for the Cherokee in a 235/75/15 for my daily driver duties until I can buy another DD and put the cherokee in the garage and build it that is!

Firestone Destination AT's are a very good tire as well. I put them on my rig when I bought it because the tires it came with were showing metal, and I got them on a buy 3 get the 4th free (which the Firestone near me is offering now as well). They definitely aren't a mud tire, but they have a little more aggressive tread (like the BFG AT's). They have really impressed me in the surprise snow and ice we've had here in Texas lately.
edit: Oh, and definitely go with the 235/75/15. I have 16" rims, but still went with the 235 and it looks great and doesn't rub at all. It might say your jeep came with 215's, but I've only ever seen actual 225's on them stock.

As far as the springs go, if you not looking for any lift (if I read your story right) maybe you should conisder a set of helper springs. I've seen people use them to help with saging rear ends or if they trailer to reduce spring stress. Or if you want to keep a whole spring pack you could always go with a bastard pack. May get a small amount of lift and there are tons of write ups on here about that lol
As for the tires I think I may need to become a member of Sam's Club lol

Why not just put a bigger shackle on the leafs in the back? i put a 3 inch procomp suspension on my jeep but the leafs are rough country leafs and it sagged a little in the back, so i installed these suckers http://www.quadratec.com/products/16191_703.htm. it actually rode smoother in the back and saved alot of $$$$$$. it would take away the sag and u could haul a trailer without it sagging and still have the comfortable ride ( its a JEEP - not supposed to be a smooth ride )
one for tires...
Firestone Destination AT i put a set of 4 on my 2001 sport, the best $500 ive ever spent
a lot depends on where you live.. me living in the grate state of IL last week brought ( i think ) closet to 2 feet of snow....
didnt even faze me... mud, notting.. allround good A/T
less road noist then the bfgs and they have a harder compound so they will last longer then bridgestones.. but its what you want or need
for $87 a tire.. i chouldnt pass it up
