Ive got a 1996 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4.0 and have done a 3 inch lift 31x10 tires so far everything else is stock.
I just put a new head on it cause it overheaded and warped the old one. Would i get a good amount of horse power and decent gas milege from these parts.
k&n cold air intake
exhaust headers
catback exhaust system
throttle body spacer
bigger fuel injectors(not sure on these yet)

All that sounds good except the K&N and the bigger injectors.
K&N flows more air but lets in larger size dust and dirt particles.
Bigger injectors flow more fuel than the computer can compensate for thus bad MPG and overloaded O2 sensor.
