I have a 99 xj that has about 200xxx miles on it and im trying to bring the power and life back into it while stay on a budget(im tight for cash) I just put a cone on it yesterday. Ive been trying to figure out what kind of muffler and CAT i should put on it. I dont want it incredibly loud either. I was also wondering where and how i could get a cheapish bored out throttle to increase the air flow there. Please help.
