My opened door light in the dash seems to have been reversed. When any of the doors are shut the light turns on. When I open the doors the light shuts off.. When I open the doors my interior dome lights still turn on how they should, and shut off when I close the doors. When the jeep is running everything works fine. This only happens when the jeep is off. So my open door opened light in the dash stays on all the time when I'm not driving the jeep. This just starting doing this a couple days ago.


Any idea's?

The switches are three wire. One of the switches is bad most likely the driver front one.

Are on with the key off, or just in on or acc? If they turn off with the key, I'd suspect they're courtesy lights. Turning off with the dome light would make sense, being you wouldn't need ALL the lights to be able to see. I'd think they're there like incase you drop your keys or something when it's dark when you're trying to go somewhere.
