Default One blinker on solid

Well I thought I got my blinkers working, but surprise. Replaced all rear bulbs. I tried them again and the right one works great but the left one is on solid. Right one has the audible click and flashes. Left is on solid. I rechecked and cleaned all connections (used electrical grease) and still no change. I looked through the books and ohm out connector at the steering tube that the blinker switch is plugged to. Purple, dark green, and another color (I have it wrote down in my shop...but it is raining and I am not in the shop). The switch ohm correctly, but there is more contacts for the turn signal than those three wires. Also my hazards don't work and no clicking noise. In the process of removing the steering wheel to remove the blinker assembly. Any ideas?
