oil pressure strange??
I wouldn't drive it with MMO in it. I have not had any experience with MMO. Thinning of the oil is BAD, and engine speeds should be kept low, IMO. MMO thins the oil, and is a solvent. I have, however, used the crank case flush solvent before, not MMO, and this is how it said to do it. Before your oil change, add the MMO, and let the rig idle for 15-20 minutes, then drain. Continue to do this prior to all of your oil changes, and it should clean your crank case. Once the oil is looking normal, you can discontinue the MMO treatment. A word of advise, the engine has a grip of miles on it, so don't expect you oil to stay beautiful between oil changes, but you will know when it gets back to "normal" for your rig. HTH!!

If you get to messin' with that high mileage engine, you will screw it up.
Don't fixate on the oil pressure gauge. As others have noted, they are erratic (or the sending unit is).
Keep on running 10W-30. Change it about every 5000-7500 miles, depending on severity of usage.
Basically, just keep on keepin' on. Leave it alone and it'll be fine. Drive it and enjoy it.
