Oil pressure help?!?!

Oil pressure help?!?!
Oil pressure when I purchased the car till the other day has been around 30 at idle and when cruising around 43. Well I changed the oil pressure switch cause I snapped it off and all has been good. But now at idle my psi is at 10 and driving is at 38???..any ideas?

Put a mechanical gauge where the sender screws in and see what the actual pressure is, the sender and gauge are not as accurate as a mechanical gauge.
