I bought a 01 Cherokee sport after mine with 378k decided it wanted a rest. It has been sitting for a year so just went through the basics. Jeep had a new head installed before it was parked. The only reason was she bought a new car. It has 158k. Sounds good. Does not smoke or knock.

I drive on on the highway and after it will run around 10 psi on the gauge then just drops to 0. Car runs fine. Hoping it is the gauge. It shows idle psi above 40 when started.

should I change the sending unit or what? Thanks.

I just hate the panic a oc when I see the light.

I am also going to bump bump up the oil viscosity I suppose. Any help would be great. Thank.
