My oil pressure is slightly lower than normal(normal being right at the middle of the gauge) and slightly higher than normal when I give it gas. Is this bad, cause it hasn't always been this way. And what does it mean?

Oil pressure spec for the Jeep 4.0 is as follows. If you are in this range, you are fine.
*Not less than 13 psi at HOT idle
*Between 37-75 psi OVER 1600 rpms
