oil filter relocator

oil filter relocator
so i wanna do a oil filter relocator but i wanna kno if it will fit in place of the oil filter adapter on the side of the block, any one kno if this will work?

I have converted mine to the horizontal late model filter but have not seen a remote filter adapter made for the 4.0L specificly.
