Default Oil filter adapter torque

Can't find the torque value anywhere, does 12-15 fro/obser sound right? I just replaced the large o-ring.

FSM usually says 75 pound-feet - I will apply never-seez to the threads, RTV to the o-rings, and use half that. Haven't had any trouble yet - did the first one twelve years ago.

75? Yeah anti-seize sounds like a good idea at that much. Which manual is that in? I can't find it in either of my Haynes ones. 75 sounds a little excessive for the application.
