All 4 O2 sensors £124.32 to Shoeburyness from RockAuto. Shipping here to Canada they pre-pay tax and duty, not sure if they do the same for the UK.

well it is dark here (Long Island, New York) but I just looked under my 2001 cherokee sport 4.0 and I can only find two and they are by the exhaust manifold close to the intake?/ It looks like they are before and after the cats. Anyway I looked up parts and at advanced auto the oem replacement by ntk part # 23506 that sells for $59.99 amazon.com same part and part # is $26.92 that is the upstream sensor. The other part # they list is for the downstream sensor and that is part #23099 ntk advanced auto price is $66.99 amazon.com is $ 36.75.. This is why I was shopping hope this gives you a little more information I am going to check again tom to see if their is a third or fourth sensor I only found two , but it is dark eye`s are getting old lol!! and truck does not have a lift it is my daily driver good luck Bill
The upstream O2S should be 23151. 23506 may work but the connector pigtail may be wrong for the installation....too long or too short.
23099 is okay for the downstream sensor.
Edit: When looking up NTK or NGK parts it's best to go to the NTK website and look up the part numbers. The auto parts store pukes don't know the difference between $hit and pumpkin pie so don't trust them.
Edit 2: (LOL) In the case of NTK, they don't know that there's such a thing as 2000 4.0 XJ's with Federal emissions exhaust/O2S setups. In this case they don't know if there a$$ is drilled or punched. For Federal missions use 1999 as the year search.
