Unless you have the california emissions one you will have 2.
I myself have an 01 and I am searching for new ones. You can get one at Amazon (BSH 13100) for 55 I think, and the other is 72.99.

My 99 has two. One before & one after the cat. I ordered one from Rockauto. Shipping wasn't bad for me because I ordered tail lights, etc too, but check it before you order.
