O2 Sensor Voltae readings

Anyone happen to know how to test the O2 sensor on a 92 XJ? I just rolled 82,500 on the clock and my maintenance required light came on. Before I replace the O2 sensor, I want to check it and see if it indeed needs replacing.

at normal operating temp. it should pendle up and down between 0.1 volt to 0.8 0.9 volt

you must use a DVOM
