O2 Sensor Simulators?
Why don't you just get a anti fouler set, drill one out a little bigger than a half an inch. Stack then on to each other. Screw your original post O2 in. and clear codes. You are in to it less than $5 in the US. mabe $10 where you are at and try that. Its not the correct way, not everyone has money to fix it right.

I used the anti-foulers on my XJ and it worked great. Yes I know its illegal to remove my cat, been told many times. I did not lose any power, and I gained gas mileage. Sure my exhaust does spit out fumes that kill fairies and unicorns, but it sure sounds great

Old thread but ... is the Cherokee different than most other cars? Most cars just look for a cat with that downstream O2 sensor. It doesn't tune anything.
