Okay, I'll do that. Do you know what that reading is?
I'm thinking I might temporarily remove my cat just for testing. I can replace it with some flex exhaust pipe for a quick test drive. I can't think of any other way to test for a clogged cat.
Any other suggestions?

Read post #12 again about using a vacuum gauge.
Reach under the Heep and either rap the Cat with a mallet or kick it and listen for what sounds like loose crap rattling around inside. But this is not conclusive.
You could do the Cat removal trick but if there's no difference make sure the CAT is reinstalled. And, you may get a CEL for the downstream O2S not working. Make sure the O2S is secured out of the way of the drive shaft.
